May Set Up Own Line (N.Z.P.A.-Reuter —Copyright) BANGKOK, Jan. 5. The Thai Government is considering setting up a shipping line to meet threats to her export trade from increased freight rates by foreign lines. A Government official said several foreign firms were interested in the possibility of building up a merchant fleet joined with Thailand.
