HOLIDAYS ABROAD
Britons Asked To Refrain (N.Z. Press Assn. —Copyright) LONDON, Jan. 5. The Chaincellar of the Exchequer (Mr Callaghan) asked Britons today not to go for holidays abroad because they eost too much in foreign currency. He said he was determined to balance this year the amount Britain spent and earned abroad.
