WELLINGTON, Dec. 27. Fifty-one members of the Boys’ Brigade, from Invercargill to Whangared, left Rongatai airport tonight on their way to Australia.

The boys, aged between 15 and 18. will take part in the Boys’ Brigade pan-Australian camp at Southport, near Brisbane.

They are being accompanied by 12 officers. They are commanded by Captain H. W. Duncumb, of Auckland. The boys were selected from many applications for the 10-day Gold Coast holiday.

They will mix with about 800 other boys at the camp. Contingents will attend from throughout Australia and New Guinea.

The New Zealand group will also be shown around Brisbane and Sydney before it returns on January 17.
