V. Cong Seek Truce

SAIGON, Dec. 28.
The Viet Cong today called on the South Vietnamese Government for a four-day ceasefire during next month’s Vietnamese New Year holiday.
The Viet Cong’s clandestine radio issued the call tonight. It called for the cease-fire to be observed during Vietnam’s festival marking the New Year.
