Gymnastic Trials

No trouble is being spared to ensure that New Zealand sends a worthy team to represent it at the world gymnastic championships at Dortmund, Germany, next September. Three trials will be held, on March 5, April 2 and May 7 to choose the team and the standard shown will decide how many gymnasts will be included. Six, three men and three women, is the minimum number but this could be doubled. A national squad has been in training for a year, under the direction of the technical committee of the New Zealand association.
