River Search Fruitless
(N.Z Press Association) WANGANUI, Dec. 21. Wanganui police parties searched the banks of the Wanganui river today, but were unable to find any trace of two people who disappeared in a boating mishap, 13 miles from Wanganui, on Sunday afternoon. A further search will start at 5 a.m. tomorrow when the tide will be low enough for extensive dragging. Those missing are James Robert Chadwick Taylor, aged 24, married, with two children, and Suzanne Lena Craig, aged 18, both of Patea.
