FENDALTON. 7728 MALVERN COUNTY COUUCIL FIRE RESTRICTIONS FIRE RESTRICTIONS PURSUANT to the provisions of Section 20 of the Forest and Rural Fires Act, 1955, Public Notice is hereby given that the lighting of fires tn the open air in the Malvern County is prohibited as from December 23. 1965. Permission to burn between the hours of 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. on suitable evenings will be granted on applying to the nearest Fire Officer or Fire Warden. Such permission does not relieve the person lighting the fire from full responsibility for keeping the fire under control.
