‘No Alternative To U.S. Withdrawal’
(NS. Pratt AMOctaUoit—Copyright; TOKYO, Dec. 21. The Chinese Premier, Mr Chou En-lai said yesterday that there was no alternative to a withdrawal of all United States troops for peace in Vietnam.
