(N.I. Pr«M AMoetstioa) WELLINGTON, Dec. 21. New Zealand’s millionth telephone was Installed today in the outer Wellington suburb of Newlands, at the home of Mr and Mrs A. G. Bentley. The Postmaster - General (Mr Scott), the Director-Gen-eral of the Post Office, Mr J. B. Darnell, and the department’s engineer-in-chief, Mr C. W. Heyward, watched the instrument's trial at Mr Bentley’s home. Mr Scott handed the couple an Inscribed silver tray as a memento of the ceremony.
