Wool Fully Firm At Invercargill

(Nnt Iratand Prei« Aiaoetattow) INVERCARGILL, Dec. 21. The market was very firm, particularly for coarse crossbreds, which changed hands in sellers* favour, says the official report of the third main wool sale of the season at Invercargill today.

The report aays that 28,000 bates were offered to a rep* reeeutattve bench of buyers. Moat of the wool was ewe with a Mr selection of woolly and shorn hocgets and the usual oddments. The wool offered, though generally showing good colour, carried a marked degree of tenderness and irregularity of length, mainly because of adverse weather in the early sprina says the report. Continent Dominant Continental buyers dominated the market with support from Bradford on woolly hoggets.
