(Special Crspdt. N.ZPA? LONDON, Dec. 21. Although New Zealand does not change its currency to the decimal system until mid-1967, the eyes of the numismatic world are on it, says the Paris edition of the “New York Times.” This year is the last year New Zealand will be issuing coins under the present English system, since all next year will be devoted to building up a stocklile of 1967dated coins. The main interest for coin collectors are the special sets of 1965 coins being issued by the Government
