COUNCIL TO RAISE LOAN
Hillsborough Water Scheme The Heathcote County Council at a special meeting adopted a reeolutfon to raise £50,000 for the Hillsborough water scheme loan. The term of the loan is 20 years. The money to for buying land for reservoir end wells and constructing a complete wwtor rottoutation scheme for domestic and industrial users Vriley riding.
