Lusteroid Buys Into Giant
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Dec. 17. The directors of Giant Industries, Ltd., Wellington paint manufacturer, have announced that Lusteroid Holdings (N.Z.), Ud., has acquired a one4hird interest in the present shareholding <rf Giant
Mr R. P. Fraser, a director of Lusteroid Holdings (N.Z.), Ltd., has been appointed to the board of the company. The directors say that the two companies will be working closely together in manufacturing and distributing. This year, when profit dropped from £14,270 to £5333, Giant passed its final dividend. And a few days ago, shareholders were warned not to sell, pending a further announcement Business Personal Mr H. G. Lewis will resign as managing director of Wilkins and Davies Construction Company on December 31. He will be succeeded by Mr P. B. McKinnel.
