MR D. W. JOHNSON, who has been appointed general manager of Cash Order Purchases group, succeeding the late Mr L. A. Lilly, who had been manager since 1941. Mr Johnson joined C.O.P. in 1963 as credit manager of the Christchurch branch, and in 1994 he was appointed comptroller of Commercial Factors, Ltd. when it was formed.
