PARUN EARNS A PLACE IN LINTON CUP TEAM

(N.Z. Preu Auociation) WELLINGTON. O. Parun, the 18year - old Wellington tennis player, played his way into the New Zealand Linton Cup team for Australia with two fine wins in trials at Central Park yesterday.

Parun beat D. Cassidy, of Auckland, 11-9, 9-7, and then G. Eliott of North Auckland, 7-5. 14, 6-3. Cassidy and Eliott were members of last season’s Unton Cup team. Eliott woo the New Zealand under-19 singles beating Paran In taro seta. The trials for the Union
