Two maisonette flats at 383 Papanui road were sold for £7400 at public auction. The auctioneer was Mr C. Robertson.
The vacant front flat comprises a lounge, sunroom, diningroom, two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. The back flat, which is let at £5 10s a week, has a lounge two bedrooms, kitchen, and bathroom.
There is also a double garage on the section of 32 perches.
