The British Isles Rugby team, which is to play eight matches in Australia next winter, will appear in every Australian capital except Hobart. The itinerary, announced yesterday, is: May 7, v. West Australia, Perth; May 11, v. South Australia, Adelaide; May 14, v. Victoria, Melbourne; May 21, v. New South Wales. Sydney; May 24. v. New South Wales Country, Canberra; May 28, v. Australia, Sydney: May 31, v. Queensland, Brisbane: June 4, v. Australia, Brisbane.
