(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) LONDON, Oct. 12. Magistrates at Middlesex County Sessions Court announced yesterday that they would stage a twice daily stand-up strike until they got softer seals. Until the local authority puts in new chairs “we shall rise for a period each morning and each afternoon,” the presiding Magistrate in the principal Court, Mr Ewen Montagu, said when the protest movement began.
