Mr A. C. Penny, formerly assistant manager of the Christchurch branch of the Royal Exchange and Atlas Assurance group of companies, has been appointed manager. He replaces Mr E. G. B. McGrath who has retired. Mr J. D. I. Sherwin, who has been manager of the Lyttelton branch of the Bank of New Zealand since 1958, has been appointed manager at Browns Bay, Auckland. Mr A. J. C. Herrick, accountant at Upper Hutt,, will succeed Mr Sherwin at Lyttelton.
