Telegrams To Pakistan
Telegrams to Pakistan are now being accepted at the sender’s risk, and are subject to Pakistan censorship, according to advice received from the Pakistan Govern ment by the Post Office. Telegrams must be written in plain English, and being subject to censorship may be stopped or delayed without notice to senders, and without reimbursement. Urgent service is not being admitted. Registered telegraph-code addresses are also not admit ted in the address or signature. All telegrams must bear as signature the sender’s actual name.
