Mr R. A. Edgecombe, of Waipukurau, a sitting member, has been re-elected to the electoral committee of the Wool Board.—-(P.A.). Mr Dusit Panitpatana, direc-tor-general of the Thai Forest Service, will arrive in Auckland today on a 10-day tour of New Zealand forests and allied industries.—(P.A.). Tributes to ±e retiring president (Mr O. Connibear) as the “driving force” of the New Zealand Secondary School Boards’ Association for 14 years, were paid by the annual conference in Christchurch. Mr Connibear will continue in office until February • while the new organisation of five regions is established. Messrs B. P. Anderson, A. F. Dale, B. J. Haussmann, H. J. Keenan, I. L. Nancekivell, and J. E. Rooney, and Mrs M. T. Dale, have been appointed to control the Woodstock Domain.
