Export Officials To Visit City
The chief executive officer of the Export Guarantee Office (Mr R. W. Prestney) would visit Christchurch within the next two or three weeks, said the office’s general manager (Mr J. L. Wright) in a letter to the Canterbury Manufacturers’ Association. Mr Prestney would be accompanied by the former New Zealand Trade Commissioner in Hong Kong (Mr P. Costello),, who has been temporarily seconded to the Export Guarantee Office. •Messrs Prestney and Costello, said the association's secretary (Mr R. T.
