Fine Win By L Bristol (Special Crspdt. N.Z.P.A.) MELBOURNE, July 20 The touring New Zealand badminton team defeated a strong Victorian Country side, 7-1, at Leongatha last night. The Victorian team included the Australian representative, G. Nelson, who was beaten by L. Bristol, 15-11, 15-9. The other touring New Zealand team defeated Victoria, 7-0, at Bendigo. Results: — v. Victorian Country: Hinton beat Hoppen, 15-5, 15-5; Mfbsts Stott beat Miisis Norton, 11-3, 11- Bristol! beat G. Nedis'on, 15-11, 15-9; Misis Simpson beat Mrs Kennedy, 11-0, 11-1; Hinton and Briistol lost to Hoppen and Nelson, 15-2, 7-15, 12-15; Simpson and Stott beat Norton and Kennedy, 13-18, 15-8, 15-7; Briis*tol and Stott beat Hoppen and Norton, 15-11, 15-7; Hinton and Simpson beat Nelson and Kennedy, 15-6, 8-15, 15-8. v. Victoria: D. Higgiints beat J. Langley, 15-7, 15-5; K. Long beat F. DeGfliow, 15-9, 15-5; Mrs H. Robsion beat Miisis R. Hydon, 12- 11-3; Mrs V. Gow beat Miiisis M.
