(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, July 4. Unauthorised entry into the parks or recreation areas in State forests or breach of the rules to be promulgated for their um will bear, on conviction, a fine of up to £5O tinder a Forests Amendment BN! Introduced in Parliament. Honorary rangers are excluded from those officers empowered to seize firearms on forest land—a provision to which Parliament agreed last year but which was accidentally omitted from legislation at the time.
