Writer’s Home For Demolition
(N.Z Press Association) i WELLINGTON, July 1. The former home of New Zealand’s distinguished writer, Katherine Mansfield, will be demolished to make way for the new motorway. The Tinakori road house has been acquired by the i Ministry of Works. It would be demolished in ' mid-1967, said Mr R. Haisman, i of the Ministry of Works, ' tonight. No-one seemed inter- | ested in its preservation. ■
