Multi Listing Sales Improve

Sales worth £551.010 were made by the Christchurch Multiple Listing Bureau in the two months to May 31. compared with £536,295 in the same period last year, although there were only 143 sales, against 150. The average of sales rose from £3575 to £3853. The percentage of sales to listings was 61.6.
