Mr Justice Wilson in the j Supreme Court yesterday dis-| missed a claim for £1147 4s] 3d damages brought by Andrew Alexander Andrews, I now of Christchurch, and! found in favour of the de- i fendant, Veronica Mary Mills, ■ as executor of the estate of Edward Mair Mills, formerly! of Waimate, a jeweller, on I her counter-claim for £250 His Honour also awarded the i defendant costs. I The action arose after the signing of a contract for the sale of the Polperro Guest House. Wainui, on October |l, 1962. The plaintiff claimed (damages after the repudiation lof the contract in February. 11963, and the reselling of the property in June, 1963. The counter-claim alleged misrepresentation and sought £250. the amount paid as deposit. Mr P. T. Mahon appeared for the plaintiff, and Mr R. A ’Young, with him Mr K. N. I Hampton, for the defendant.
