Change Of Control The setting up of a board of governors for Geraldine High School was approved by the Canterbury Education Board yesterday. The change was recommended by the school’s committee of control to take effect from June 1 next year. The 11-man board will have one member representing the Canterbury Education Board, six elected by parents, two representing committees of contributing schools, one representing the former pupils’ association, and one representing local bodies in the district.
