Convictions Quashed
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, March 29. Two men had convictions of theft recorded against them at the Supreme Court at Auckland on December 4 last year quashed by the Court of Appeal today. Lionel Harry Brooker and Michael Stanley Wardle were each gaoled for a total of one year Brooker on two charges of theft and one of receiving, and Wardle on one charge of theft and one of receiving.
Each had one theft charge quashed by the Court of Appeal.
