FARM. FERT. ISSUE
1:7 At A 15s Premium (N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, February 22. New Zealand Farmers’ Fertiliser Company, Ltd., Auckland, will make a one-for-seven cash issue at a 15s premium. Directors recommend increasing nominal capital to £3m by the creation of £lm ordinary shares of £1 each. Present paid up ordinary capital is £l.6m. The issue, which will be made at a date yet to be fixed, will be on terms and conditions as directors determine.
Final date for acceptance will be not later than September 1. An extraordinary general meeting will be held soon.
