(N.Z P.A -Reuter—Copyright) MOSCOW, Feb. 22. Mr Khrushchev has made his first known reappearance in Moscow since his removal from power last October. A policeman on duty at the huge Cosmonaut’s Monument outside Moscow said Mr Khnishchev and his wife. Nina, turned up to look at it about a fortnight ago. The policeman, who gave his name as Melnikov, said Mr Khrushchev drove up in a small car unaccompanied by security officers.
