(N.Z. Press Assn. — Copyright) SYDNEY. The aged stayer. River Seine, will be set for his third attempt to win the Sydney Cup. His trainer, N. Prendergast, said this on Saturday after River Seine bad finished brilliantly to win the Rosehill Handicap (IJm). River Seine (9-1) smashed the race record by 3-10 sec in beating Slalom (12/1) by two and a half lengths. Final Victory (4/1) was a length away, third. Now eight years old, River Seine holds his form In remarkable fashion. In 1962 he had his first run in the Sydney Cup, finishing second to Grand Print. Last year he was third to Zing* Lee.
