Better Leap

(N.Z. Pre*9 Association) AUCKLAND, Feb. 15. The Auckland water skier, W. Coughey, broke his own New Zealand jump record with a leap of 115 ft during the annual Fiarere open jumping competition on the Waikato river at the weekend.

Coughey set the previous record of 110 ft at the same competition last year. A former holder of the record. W. Flewellyn, of Christchurch, was second with 103 ft.
