(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Feb. 16. Investments with the Totalisator Agency Board on yesterday’s Waikato race meeting amounted to £171,777 10s, made up of win and place £75,679 10s and doubles £96,098. The off-course substitute was Semprini.
