Howe; secretary, Captain A. D. English; treasurer, Captain G. C. L. M. Mather; members of general council, Captains R. E. Edwards, G. B. Broome; committee, Captains A. P. Gale, H. C. Arden, G, B. Broome, R. E. Edwards, J. Twomey, R. D. H. Wallace, J. N. Allan, B. R. Meads.
