(Special Crspdt NZPA.) LONDON, February 16. In Arras. Northern France, where Robespierre was born, there are protests that the stallion horse the Queen gave to Haile Selassie, of Ethiopia, is called after the leader of the revolution.
“How would you like it if we named one of our bulls Edward VIII?” protested a leading Arras citizen.
