Import Values Steady
Imports valued at £151.5m were allowed into New Zea- ' land under import licensing (schedules in the five months to the end of November, compared with £151.2m for the same period last year, says the Acting Government Statistician (Mr E. A. Harris). Goods valued at film imported in the last three months under the 1963-84 schedule and £100.5m under the latest schedule are includ- | ed in this total. Another £24.2m was imported as goods exempt from licence. £11.4m as Government imports, and £4.4m under no-remittance schemes, according to preliminary fig tires.
