£15,815 For 10 Sections

Ten sections in the Glenburn subdivision in Powell crescent, Fendalton, were sold for £15,815 at public auction last evening. The sections were offered by Ford and Hadfield, Ltd., acting in conjunction with Livingstone and Company. The auctioneer was Mr R. R. Livingstone. The top price was £1675. Other prices ranged from £1475 to £1640. More than 50 persons attended the sale.
