STANHILL HEARING

No Leave For

Appeal (N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) SYDNEY, December 14. The full Supreme Court today refused Mr Stanley Korman and Stanhill Development Finance, Ltd., leave to appeal to the Privy Council against an earlier decision of the court. Mr Korman and the company sought leave to appeal to the Privy Council against a refusal of the full Court, last week, to grant rules nisi for prohibition and mandamus.

The company had sought the orders to compel an investigator of several companies, including Stanhill Development Finance, Ltd., to reveal all' relevant evidence given to him by witnesses during his investigation.
