Beckenham In N.Z. Final

The leading Christchurch water polo team, Beckenham, showed itself to be a strong con tender for the national club championship when it beat st. Clair (Dunedin). 11-2, in the South Island final at the Cen tennial pool on Saturday. L. D. Mclntosh, a final trial Ist for last year’s national team, scored six goals for Beck enham. D. Billesdon scored three and G. Dann and R. Henry one each. G. Jacobsen scored both St. Clair’s goals.
