Two Hurt In Road Accidents

Mr F. Drabble, of 97 Briggs road, suffered head injuries when he fell from his motorcycle at the corner of Whitmore and Avalon streets about 4 p.m. yesterday. He was admitted to the Princess Margaret Hospital, where his condition last night was reported to be comfortable. Mr T. W. Smith, care of the Y.M.C.A., Christchurch, suffered minor injuries when his motor-cycle and a truck collided on the road tunnel motorway, near the Port Hills road underpass last evening. He was treated at the Christchurch Hospital and discharged.
