(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter —Copyright) SALISBURY (Rhodesia), Nov. 6. After the first three results in the Rhodesian referendum the total “yes” vote was 3651 and the “no” vote 370. There were also 64 spoiled papers. Of the 5799 registered voters in the three constituencies, 4185 voted. One of the three constituencies was that of Sir Edgar Whitehead, leader of the Opposition, where there were 1155 “yes” votes and 172 “no” votes.
