Supplement In “Asahi” (Special Crspdt. N.Z.P.A.) TOKYO, October 10. An 18-page supplement on New Zealand has appeared in one of the world’s largest newspapers, “Asahi” of Tokyo. The supplement, printed in English and Japanese, describes New Zealand’s meat and woollen industries, lists the principal tourist attractions and gives facts on New Zealand life.
Arranged by the Tourist and Publicity Department and supported by New Zealandbased advertisers, the supplement went out with “Asahi,” which has a circulation of more than 4,000,000.
