The Rev. S. W. Vincent, who for the last few years has been vicar of Lyttelton, has been appointed to the cure of Waihao Downs. He replaces the Rev. C, E. Tanner, who will retire next January. The Rev. R. W. Simpson, of the Eveline Presbyterian Church, Oamaru, has accepted a call to St. Giles Church, Papanui. Mr Simpson, who has been with the Eveline | Church for nine years, will continue to conduct services at Oamaru until the end of December. The former minister bf St. Giles was the Rev. W. M. Hendrie, who has moved to Timaru.
