U.N. Council President
(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) NEW YORK, Oct. 2. Sir Patrick Dean, the chief British delegate, assumed the presidency of the United Nations Security Council yesterday for the month of October, under the system of alphabetical rotation. He succeeds Mr Platon D. Morozov, of Russia, president for September.
