TOKYO, Oct. 2. The Yoyogi Olympic Village rumbled and shook yesterday when Tokyo was hit by a small earthquake. The earthquake began at 7.14 a.m. New Zealand time and lasted four minutes. No damage or casualties were reported. The intensity was 3 on 127 on the Japanese scale and between 4 and 5 on the Mercali scale.
