Detectives at Santiago airport, called to dispose of "explosives” shortly before the arrival of the French Foreign Minister, Mr Maurice Couve de Murville, late today, found a box of firecrackers. Mr Couve de Murville arrived aboard President de Gaulle’s Caravelle jetliner accompanied by his Chilean counterpart, Mr Julio Philippi, and members of President de Gaulle’s party.
