Baking Course Begins

Twenty bakers from all over New Zealand arrived in Christchurch yesterday to begin a week’s course in bread baking. The course is being held at the Wheat Research Institute where instruction will be given by the institute’s baking instructor (Mr C. A. Crawford). During the course, which will conclude on October 2, visits and inspections will be made to bakeries and factories connected with the baking industry.
