Sir Wbolf Fisher, chairman of the provisional board of the New Zealand. Steel Investigating Company, who returned to Auckland today after two months overseas on steel business, said he was “full of confidence” about the future of the industry, which would take about three years to get established from the time the go-ahead was given. With him on his overseas visit was Mr I. D. Dick, assistant Director-General of the D.S.I.R.
