Training For Keepers

(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Aug. 31. “When you go back home I would like you to preach the gospel on all you have learnt here,” the Secretary of Marine (Mr G. L. O’Halloran) told an assembly of light-house-keepers this morning at the official opening of their training course at’Lower Hutt. The men, who come from the North Cape to the Bluff, are in Wellington till September 11 to attend a series of lectures and . demonstrations at their new school.

They are all principal keepers.
